Polar Seas is excited to be releasing this new work by Channeling on limited cassette. The follow up to his previous self-titled release on Illuminated Paths features three beautiful pieces, side A builds gradually into a wall of distortion, while side B features a gorgeous ambient tribute to Prince.

From the artist:

"Drift" and "Bluffs" play seamlessly together - originally as a single piece. "Drift" means to impart a feeling of disorientation - drifting in a bog of electronic sounds. Transitioning into "Bluffs" (around the 7 minute mark), the listener has reached a place of clarity and certainty, as shuffling Eventide harmonies tremble. "Bluffs" slowly widens, and eventually distorts in wave-like phrases. "Doves" is more simply a tribute to Prince. Recorded on the day of his death, the song features the melody to "When Doves Cry," manipulated on a lo-fi sampler.
